I attended the workshop 'Understanding PRP's.' I enjoyed this course since FSMA was explained & covered in detail, offering an in-depth understanding of what entails food defense. The class also included interaction with classmates and a variety of great speakers.Date of Posting: 08 August 2013

The audit FFT received in January 2013 was conducted in a very professional atmosphere. Audits are always stressful, but Tammy Smith has managed to put the stress level to a minimum. She is very good to work with and understanding to our needs as well as the JPA. We intend on using Mrs. Smith again for any future audits.Date of Posting: 02 April 2013
